Monitor, analyze, document, record and report on local Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute and Home therapies activities using standard demographic reporting methods and analytical tools.
Monitor, analyze and report on the activities of FMC competitors in the local market.
Develop, implement and be involved in the delivery of appropriate training programs for the FMC personnel for Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute and Home Therapies business.
Participate in the strategic planning and implementation of marketing programs, develop and drive delivery of educational and other support services for customers and potential customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of treatment of end-stage renal disease by Chronic Hemodialysis, acute and home therapies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FMC’s and its competitors’ range of products and services in Chronic Hemodialysis, acute and home therapies.
Monitors brand equity, market trends and oversee advertising and marketing activities to ensure the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines.
Taking the ownership of the local communications plan, digital marketing activities, accuracy of content, and maintaining strong relationships with regional Marketing teams while actively seeking guidance from compliance and legal personnel at a localized level.
Initiating and managing FMC Participation in Congresses, exhibitions, symposiums and PR events.
Supporting the development of marketing strategies; creating effective marketing and sales material such as sales folders, data sheets, advertising material, catalogs, special prints, slides, videos, display material and other sales support material to run successful campaigns, cooperating with external and internal partners.
Organized and provide support to internal annual meeting such as annual kick off meeting & regional marketing meeting. Manage and track program expenses and margin to ensure programs come in on budget.
COMMUNICATION, MS Office, Interpersonal, Self Motivated, English Proficiency Oral & Written, Creative Tools, and Analytical Skills
