The British Council Pakistan is recruiting for Manager Facilities based in Lahore
PURPOSE OF JOB
To lead facilities and administration function in Lahore, and ensure effective systems and processes for safety of staff and visitors in the office/library are in place
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
Head of Facilities Lahore reports to the Director Business Support Services and with a dotted line to the Lahore Area Director. The post will line manage one Admin Officer and will work collaboratively with all the other teams in the Lahore office, particularly the Lahore Library Team. The post is responsible for supervising, managing and ensuring the facility functions including liaising with any outsourced service providers, making sure service are delivered to agreed service level agreements.
OTHER IMPORTANT FEATURES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
The post holder will be required to work during unsocial hours.
